Without the view, wisdom will not arise in the heart. The "view" is seeing through awareness and observation. A wise person often looks at his own heart, paying attention to body, speech, and behavior, and does not create actions.

Whenever and wherever you go for refuge to the Three Jewels, let them take root in your heart, and let the Buddha and the Guru naturally protect and interact with you.

A hateful heart runs very fast. Mindfulness moves slower. When we encounter obstacles, we should first take a deep breath and endure the situation. When we gradually become wise, we can decide how to behave. By using tolerance and wisdom, we can ensure that small things stay small.
